We are looking for a Supervisor to lead a team of damp proofers. The ideal candidate will have experience in damp proofing and have previously supervised teams of operatives. This position involves visiting sites throughout London.

We’re looking for a Damp & Timber Surveyor to conduct property surveys, diagnose issues such as rising damp and dry rot, and produce detailed reports with recommended actions. You’ll work with clients to ensure compliance with building regulations, so experience in damp proofing, timber preservation, and building construction is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a valid driving licence. Desired qualifications include CSTDB/CSRT, CSSW, CSJK, and CAD experience. We offer a competitive salary, company vehicle, ongoing training, and flexible working options.

We are looking for a rising damp technician or a team to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation work for rising damp and waterproofing treatments. Key responsibilities include protecting work areas, removing defective render or plaster down to the brick, bagging debris for disposal, and injecting a new chemical damp proof course (DPC). The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, a valid driving license, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
