My regular decorator had been ‘plastering’ the area between my kitchen worktops and wall units (approx 9m length) for 4 consecutive weekends. The end result was poor but he said he’d ‘fix it’ the following weekend.
I’d simply had enough of the disruption so posted a job on mybuilder.com. Paul came around the same day and quoted me a price. I gave him my spare set of keys (yes, this was the first – and actually the only time I met him) and he said he’d do the work the following day. I left for work with an incredibly uneven, cracking, poor attempt at plastering in my kitchen. I returned to find Paul had already left, my spare keys on the side…and the kitchen walls…well, wow, wow, wow. They’d obviously been stripped right back, completely re-plastered and were now straight, totally even and as smooth as ice. I was absolutely stunned.
I honestly can’t rate Paul highly enough and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. If you want a truly professional, platinum grade job done at a very reasonable price, hire Paul – you will not be disappointed.
